Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations nationwide.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while serving both in-person and virtual clients. You’ll collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, grow the local client base, and help clients navigate tax scenarios from personal to business income.

Competenze

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum; training and uniforms required.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with your name/picture.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base and build relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem offerings (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year‑round support.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through personalized service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using in-person and video tools.
