Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert advice at designated TurboTax locations in the United States. You will guide clients through personal and business tax scenarios and collaborate with a broader team of specialists.

You will build a local client base, act as a community ambassador, and connect customers with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients (personal and business).
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
