Intuit, Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax return preparation, advisory, and community engagement at TurboTax locations.

You will work with a collaborative team of financial professionals and serve both in-person and virtual clients, ensuring an end-to-end Intuit experience. Responsibilities include handling complex personal and business tax scenarios, growing the local client base, and coordinating with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 hours typical.
• Must wear uniforms and may be featured in advertising.
• Interested in building a local/community presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience both in person and via video tools.
