Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating with cross-functional Intuit teams.

You’ll engage with clients to understand their financial picture, connect them to complementary services, and ensure a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience in local communities.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador, owning your market and growing the client base.
• Connect clients with complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver a personalized tax experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person and virtual interactions.
