Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, share expert tax advice, and collaborate with a team to deliver end-to-end services for individuals and small businesses. You will act as a trusted local advisor, grow the client base, and connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with specialists for holistic tax advisory and year-round support.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
