Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service as on-site experts, delivering full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists to serve both in-person and virtual clients, absorbing full client context to deliver end-to-end experiences. Expect community engagement and growth activities to expand the local TurboTax client base.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 window.
• Must complete training and wear provided uniform; may be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive growth.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guide clients through tax processes.
