Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our year‑round TurboTax Local Service team as on‑site experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for in‑person and virtual clients. You’ll collaborate with a broader team of tax professionals, linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services, building local relationships and driving community growth for TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations and providing planning advice.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with clients both in-person and via video tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
