Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team. This on-site role focuses on full-service tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions and build lasting client relationships that grow TurboTax within the local community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite availability 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and perform tax reviews.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
• Represent the local TurboTax office as a trusted community ambassador.
