Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for personal and small business returns, while growing the local client base and collaborating with a network of Intuit specialists.

You will engage with the community, delivering thoughtful tax guidance and connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• At least 3 years filing 30+ 1040 tax returns using professional software; familiar with Circular 230.
• Upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete required training and development.
• Uniforms provided; advertising use of your name/photo.
• Community outreach and building local presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with specialists for complex tax scenarios.
