Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance. You will engage with clients face-to-face and virtually, building a local client base and coordinating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem to offer comprehensive financial solutions.

You will act as a trusted community ambassador, driving growth, hosting educational events, and ensuring a best-in-class customer

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-person and virtually.
