Intuit Inc. is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the local client base and collaborating with a team of specialists.

You will help clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios, from W-2 filings to complex situations, and leverage Intuit marketing tools to expand community presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must hold an active PTIN as required by law.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory needs.
• Deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings.
