Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice, serving clients in person and virtually, and collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions. You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and leverage Intuit resources to expand TurboTax services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax presence.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
