Job summary

Intuit is hiring a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering tax preparation and advisory services. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, grow the local client base, and collaborate with specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem to provide end-to-end support.

You will help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, offer planning advice, and participate in local events to raise TurboTax awareness.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training
• Must be comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office location
• Must complete training and development as required by the business
• Must reside within the United States
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling a range of tax situations
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Coordinate with other Intuit specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) to deliver end-to-end service
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy
