Intuit Careers seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, providing tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients. You will collaborate across tax and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience and help grow the local client base.

Qualificações

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development; training requirements may change.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; creating tax-related content and resources.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base and act as the local face of TurboTax.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning or Credit Karma when relevant.
• Build relationships with clients to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professional, empathetic service and clear tax guidance.
