Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for individuals and small businesses. You will also play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base, building relationships, and leveraging marketing tools to drive community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite 20 hours/week 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit-provided uniforms.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Willing to expand services beyond tax filing with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
