Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and work in collaboration with a broader team to deliver end-to-end tax services.

The role requires onsite presence, flexible hours, and a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience while expanding Intuit’s local and online presence.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and professional tax preparation credentials.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (Federal and state).
• Ability to work onsite regular hours.
• Familiarity with tax laws and deductions.
• Willingness to upskill to additional services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagements.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
