Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering hands-on tax advice and full-service returns at TurboTax locations.

You will work with a collaborative team of tax professionals, assisting both in-person and virtual clients. You’ll grow a local client base, connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, and provide year-round support, while meeting onsite hours and participating in training to expand services beyond basic

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, with specified hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning teams.
• Grow local client base with outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with clear guidance.
