Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to operate from a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients both in-person and virtually, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will build a local client base, deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, and act as a trusted guide for clients, leveraging Intuit resources and marketing tools to

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Connect clients with other Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Educate clients to help them achieve financial goals and navigate tax challenges.
