Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Local Service Experts to join TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with clients in person and virtually.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, establish relationships, and contribute to community outreach with marketing tools

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 1040 individual/state returns with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services; training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; hours may scale up during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base via outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
