Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. Responsibilities include full-service tax return preparation, providing expert tax advice, and connecting clients with Intuit’s broader services to deliver an end‑to‑end experience.

You’ll act as a local ambassador, grow the client base, and leverage marketing tools to build a thriving practice while offering personalized service and planning guidance to individuals and small

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with Intuit ecosystem teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
