Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full‑service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building relationships with clients and the local community. Onsite, you will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services to deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, ranging from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service in person or virtually.
