Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with a client-centric approach.

You will work closely with a broader team of tax and advisory specialists, ensuring end-to-end solutions across personal, small business, and complex tax scenarios while fostering community relationships and client loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must sit onsite at a TurboTax office location.
• Must be able to work 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and events to build loyalty.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build long-term relationships to convert one-time transactions into ongoing client partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using in-person and video tools.
