Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end services, including complex tax scenarios.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect customers to Intuit solutions beyond tax prep, creating long-term relationships and a best-in-class experience.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
