Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will serve clients in-person and virtually while collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will grow the local client base, be a trusted advisor, and help clients maximize refunds, learn tax planning, and utilize Intuit services. Onsite role with standard business hours and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and resolve tax-related inquiries.
• Engage in local events and partnerships to raise brand awareness.
