Job summary

Intuit seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, expanding the local client base and connecting customers with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping/payroll) with training.
• Must be comfortable onsite at a TurboTax office, 20h+ per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and lead outreach efforts.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage customers in-person and via TurboTax tools, ensuring clear financial guidance.
