Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, share tax guidance, and help clients maximize refunds while connecting them with Intuit’s broader advisory resources.

You’ll build local relationships, grow the client base, and participate in community activities, using TurboTax tools and marketing support to drive year-round

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and local partnerships, becoming the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services.
