Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax preparation and advice. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions, while growing the local client base.

Role emphasizes understanding each client’s financial picture, community engagement, and representing Intuit in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours per week.
• Training and development as required by the business.
• Willing to wear uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem with bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
