Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end services—from preparation to planning—while expanding the local client base and fostering client loyalty. You will connect clients with related Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll, ensuring a comprehensive financial solution.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA, CPA, or active Attorney credentials with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with company training.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, ~20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Coordinate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax services and year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
