Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services for end-to-end support.

You will engage with the local community to grow the client base and deliver an outstanding customer experience using Intuit tools and marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income and deductions.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Guide clients through year-round tax planning and connect to additional Intuit services.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base.
