Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations nationwide, delivering expert tax preparation and advisory services to individuals and small businesses. You will build local client relationships, drive growth, and collaborate with specialists to offer the full Intuit ecosystem.

You will use TurboTax tools to prepare accurate returns, provide tailored guidance, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios while ensuring a high-quality, compliant customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state).
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations and in-person client meetings.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients (personal and small business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community activities.
• Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive financial services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience in person and virtually.
