Job summary

Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparations, and collaborate with specialists to deliver comprehensive financial services to individuals and small businesses.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, expand local client bases, and help families and business owners navigate complex tax situations with an emphasis on accuracy and customer care.

Qualifications

• Active CPA/EA or attorney with proven tax prep experience.
• PTIN in good standing to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ federal/state returns) per season.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite availability of 20+ hours per week at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement and referrals.
• Coordinate with internal tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent Intuit professionally in-person and via video tools, ensuring client satisfaction.
