Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax guidance.

You will work with a team of financial professionals, build local relationships, and help clients navigate complex situations while supporting Intuit's mission to empower prosperity. This role requires onsite presence and customer‑facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit solutions.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust with clients and nurture repeat business.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – ensure professional, helpful service and clear guidance for tax goals.
