Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts for on-site roles across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem of services in a collaborative, end-to-end experience.

Role emphasizes local client growth, community engagement, and ongoing training, with a focus on year-round service and a strong customer-first approach to simplify taxes for individuals and small businesses.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Min 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, ~20 hrs/week.
