Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax advice, preparing returns, and guiding clients through complex situations. You will join a team of specialists supporting business and personal tax needs.

You will grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and use TurboTax tools to provide end-to-end service from discovery to final filing and planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Engage with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools to address questions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and ongoing support.
