Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with a broader team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll build strong local relationships, drive new client growth, and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences with support from marketing and product resources. This role is nonexempt and requires regular onsite presence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney designation preferred and actively used in practice.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide tax planning guidance.
• Coordinate with specialists across Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional, local customer experience both on-site and via virtual channels.
