Job summary

Intuit is seeking a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, coordinating with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

Your role includes growing the local client base, building relationships, and driving community engagement while delivering a seamless customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid preparation of 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willingness to complete required training and development, and to wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local/community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a local ambassador to attract new clients and grow the community base.
• Coordinate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams for end-to-end services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Engage in local events and online marketing to expand TurboTax presence.
