Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax office. You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end client experience.

You will build relationships within the community, attract new clients, and ensure a high-quality customer journey through in-person and virtual interactions, while leveraging Intuit tools for seamless service.

Qualificações

• Must have EA/CPA/Attorney credentials with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidelines.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to training and cross-training as needed.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure recurring engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and guide clients through tax planning.
