Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax preparation and expert tax guidance at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences. You’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and provide education with community partnerships and events.

Qualifications

• Must hold EA/CPA or equivalent credential with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week, possibly more during peak tax season.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be used for advertising with name/photo.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning as needed.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust and quality service.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic guidance.
