Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at an on-site TurboTax location. You will advise clients, handle a range of personal and business tax scenarios, and coordinate with broader Intuit teams for a complete financial picture.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and utilize TurboTax tools to deliver a seamless customer experience while upholding Intuit’s values and standards.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training from Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as determined by the business; compliance and proficiency up-skilling required.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; content creation encouraged.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver outstanding customer experience in person and via Intuit tools; explain complex tax concepts clearly.
