Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax office in the United States. You will partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, grow local client relationships, and offer holistic advisory services across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual Form 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and applicable tax laws.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Assist with cross-selling Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
