Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation at a local TurboTax office within the United States.

You will grow the local client base, partner with a team of specialists, and deliver end-to-end tax solutions while engaging with the community to build lasting relationships.

This onsite role requires PTIN, up-to-date tax knowledge, and readiness to upskill into additional services via company training.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state).
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base and act as the local face of TurboTax, leveraging marketing tools.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystems (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Establish long-term client relationships through community engagement and events.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences across in-person and virtual meetings.
