Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a year-round, on-site role at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and work with marketing resources to build community relationships while meeting on-site hours and training requirements.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete all required training and adhere to policies.
• Must reside in the United States; state licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base via outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Work with marketing tools to build client relationships.
