Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full-service returns in a local TurboTax office.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building lasting relationships and guiding them through complex situations while leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem. This role emphasizes community outreach, education, and exceptional customer service to grow the local client base.

Qualifications

• EA/Enrolled Agent credentials with tax prep experience.
• CPA credential or active CPA license preferred.
• Practicing attorney with tax knowledge an advantage.
• Must hold PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep for 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver end-to-end client experience with in-person and virtual meetings.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours per week.
