Intuit, Inc. seeks experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to join us at a local TurboTax office. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advise clients, and connect them with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

This role is on-site, part of a collaborative team, with opportunities to grow in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, min 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping/payroll/financial planning services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to serve clients end-to-end.
