Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice. You will work with clients to understand their full financial picture and connect them with Intuit services from bookkeeping to payroll and planning.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns/season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Link clients to complementary Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
