Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve clients at a local TurboTax location. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect customers to a broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.

You will build a local client base, engage with the community, and deliver end-to-end support with a consultative, service-oriented approach. This role is onsite, with flexible hours around core business times.

Formación

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• onsite 20 hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must be a US resident and able to obtain state licenses.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
• Maintain compliance training and professional development as required.
