Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients with intuits ecosystem.

You will also grow the local client base through outreach and events, while delivering an outstanding, personalized customer experience. Role requires on-site presence, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours, and the ability to coordinate with a team of specialists across

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of filing 1040s with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, at TurboTax offices.
• Must complete required training and wear company uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Engage clients in-person and via Intuit communication tools.
