Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice while coordinating with specialists to deliver a full Intuit experience.

You will also grow the local client base, engage with the community, and help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, including business income, deductions, and amendments. This is an onsite, customer-facing role with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software; Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and small business returns.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
