Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location. You will connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while growing the local client base and delivering end-to-end Intuit experiences.

The role emphasizes community engagement, relationship building, and a strong customer‑centric approach, with ongoing training and uniform requirements, and a flexible schedule around peak tax

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ fed/state 1040s per season with pro software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory.
• onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete all required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong client rapport advised.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Offer tax advice, calculations, and software support for complex cases.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning and advisory services.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience with cross‑team collaboration.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and long‑term client loyalty.
