Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for clients at a TurboTax location. You will also drive local growth, build trusted relationships, and connect clients to Intuit's comprehensive ecosystem.

This role requires onsite work, a proactive community presence, and a commitment to high‑quality customer service. Ideal candidates have active PTINs, 3+ years of preparing 1040s, and willingness to upskill into related services with Intuit

Qualifications

Active PTIN required to file taxes.
3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
Onsite at TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising using your name/photo.
Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income and deductions.
Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
Deliver an outstanding customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
